- Store it in the dust bag it came with in a cool, dry atmosphere out of direct sunlight.
- Be mindful of what you put in your bag because some stains like alcohols, oils, makeup, ink, etc.. will be impossible to remove, we suggest using a cosmetic case or pouch to keep it in.
- Regularly wipe down your handbag using a damp cloth to prevent the buildup of dust and oils.
- Never soak it in water and avoid harsh cleaners to avoid damage. if needed to dry wet leather, let it air-dry naturally.
- Please keep in mind that no product can be guaranteed 100% stain proofing.

- Product can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase (Original receipt is required).
- If the item you have received is defective, or not as described on the website, you may return it within 14 days from receiving date and you will receive full refund by the same method you used to purchase the item.
